You need to be aware that I'm not into exercising. A while back my wife said, "Let's walk around the block." I said, "Why? We're already here!"
After just a few sessions with Mr. Brady I was walking daily, and in place of 1 circuit, I was usually able to do 2 or more. My walking companions say I'm better about keeping up, and they've noticed the increased distances. They sent their "Thanks" to Mr. Brady.
Mr. Brady has been courteous, concerned about my welfare and politely insistent that I work out on a regular basis. I believe you will find him an asset to your health goals.
