Why Water?
Some believe there could literally be hundreds of benefits from drinking water. And research has confirmed many. Think about it. All functions within the body require the presence of water. A well hydrated body enables these functions to occur quickly and efficiently. All chemical processes involve energy metabolism and drinking plenty of water will make us feel more energetic and boost our metabolism. Drinking water is important for losing weight. Some studies show that thirst and hunger sensations are triggered together. When this happens, many people will eat when they actually are slightly dehydrated and need water. Eight 8 ounce glasses of water a day are recommended for the average person. If you desire weight loss, 1 ounce of water for every 2 pounds of weight is recommended unless you have a medical condition that doesn't allow much water intake. This means a 200 pound person would require 100 ounces of water.
Other benefits of drinking water:
- regulate appetite

- improves skin
So follow through and take the water challenge and see and experience the benefits yourself.
